68E Electronic horn has about 40 times more life endurance than electromagnetic horn.
According to the European electromagnetic horn related ECE R-28 and EEC70/388 regulations and norms, the endurance requirement for any electromagnetic horn under lab conditions is 50.000 cycles. ( 1 cycle = 1 second on + 4 seconds off ). 68E electronic horn achieves an endurance level as many as 2.000.000 cycles under lab conditions.
In addition to that, oxidation and corrosion problems are completely eliminated as 68E electronic horn does not contain contacting circuits.
Packaging; There are carton packing and blister packing alternatives for piece horn and set ( High & Low Tone ) horns. Depending on the customer demands, special carton and blister packing options are also offered under long term agreements.
